Makeup Tips for Round Faces: Concealing Cheeks & Enlarging Eyes

Question
Hi,

I have a round squarish face, my face is big and i have big cheeks and round eyes, but my eyes are kind of small. I never seem to like my face, I want to know how I could use make up to hide my cheeks, emphasize cheekbones, and make my eyes look bigger. Thanks

Answer
I'll try  to help. I'll start with the eyes if your are are small and you want them to look bigger don't line them all the way around. Only do the top from where your lashes start to where they stop, it should look like it almost it just thickening your lash line, sometimes when I go out to give my eyes an extra oompf I use a few individual lashes glues to just the outer lashes, it can make you look a little doe-eyed. Also lining your lower eye (the water line above the lashes) with a peach colored pencil can make your eyes look bigger. Some people use white but I think it can look harsh and fake sometimes.
The cheek bones is tougher, a contouring trick you can use, but it's tricky and can look ridiculous if not blended well. I was going to type it but this video explains it better than I can write it.
