Hello Charles. I am a 31 y.o. guy living in Australia. I was wondering if i should go on a course of Combantrin or something, I'm wondering if I might have worms. My backside gets intensely itchy at times and I always seems to be hungry. I'm trying to get in shape, but I'm always eating! What do you think i should do, Charles?

Unfortunately, all countries do not name drugs the same so I can't comment on Combantrin. When you say your backside, I'll assume you mean your anal area, yes? That could be a simple as hemorrhoids or just sweating. Being hungry all the time an be the result of doing a lot of exercise. If you feel that this intense hunger may be a sign of something more ominous like Diabetes or Thyroid disease you might check this out with your healthcare practitioner.
