Persistent Health Issues: Lower Abdominal Pain & Urinary Bleeding - Seeking Advice

Question
I am 25 years old. All my life I have had kidney problems. I have lived and dealt with constant UTIs, Yeast, and VI infections. And of course exploratory surgeries and things like that.
About six months ago the doctors told me I had HPV. I was treated for it and after a while started feeling better. Three days ago I started to have severe cramps in my lower abdomen and it spread to my back. Then I started to notice blood every time I went to urinate. I knew it was not my kidneys so I got scared. Yesterday I went to the emergency room. They told me my cervix had dropped and my uterus was tilted and I have a severe infection in my uterus. For the life of my I have never heard or can find anything about a dropped cervix.I have had three children and no problems, why would all this start now. What would cause all of this to happen. Woman wise I have been Healthy now they say if things don't get better then I might have to get a hysterectomy. They can't give me an exact diagnosis, But this is the second time is six months that my pap smear has been abnormal. Can you please help me?

                                     Thank You

Answer
There are a lot of questions here that are complicated and I can't answer over the internet.... HPV has nothing to do with the uterus/cervix dropping (prolapsed uterus)  that comes from the muscles relaxing, sometimes after several childbirths... pelvic pain and gyn problems are hard enough to manage in person, let alone over the internet....
