Endometriosis Symptoms: Pelvic Pain, Abdominal Swelling & More

Question
The doctors are pretty sure I have endometrosis.  I've had two cystectomies in the past year.  The last one was in January.  This past month, I've been experiencing nausea, vomiting, severe pelvic pain, migraines that last for days, abdominal swelling, fatigue, that I haven't had since before my surgeries.  I am 100% sure I have a cyst or more growing on my ovaries and belly has gotten bigger in the past few days.  I've also lost 10+ pounds in the past two weeks.  I have a new obgyn doctor and he has scheduled a laprascopy on July 3rd to diagnose endometrosis.  I went to him last week and told him that I have another cyst or more and he didn't take me seriously.  He said it was all hormonal and put me a low dose birth control.  My next step is my family doctor, which can't get in to see until Friday morning.  Does it sound like I have another cyst?  I noticed the belly seemed bigger Saturday morning and today it just got much bigger.  I did research on appendicitis and pancreaticis and it dosen't sound like them.  Maybe appendicitis because I had an uncle and a cousin who had theirs removed, but I don't have the pain around my belly button and it doesn't radiate.  It's a constant pain.  I am currently taking Tramadol for the pain, which relives just the pelvic pain for a while, but not the migraines.  I had one last 5 frickin' days and that's the longest!  I don't think I have until July 3rd.  If it is appendictis and with my swollen belly, it could be a sign that my appendix ruptured because otherwise my stomach is fine, except for the pain.  I had all these symptoms prior to my last surgeries.  What do you think it could be?  Please help...am in a lot of pain and uncomfortable.

Answer
I was talking with a nurse friend today who asked me about these symptoms and remembered your question about abdominal swelling and pain.  She reminded me that those symptoms are alarming for another reason--Are you certain you don't have cervical cancer?  Please mention this at your visit.  I do hope you took my advice and have already been seen, but if you are going in on Tuesday, please mention this is a concern.
