Causes of Sore Palms and Feet: Symptoms & Potential Explanations

For the past month or so I have suffered from very sore inner palms of my hands. The soreness is located from my little finger down to my wrist in both hands - there is tingling and heat and severe tenderness all the time, sometimes I experience numbness in this area and my fingertips.  This is accompanied by very sore feet/soles almost as if the bones ache - I have no idea what is causing it.

I am not sure what the upper and lower body combination is... if it were just the hands, I would suspect a neck problem pressing on the nerve to the little fingers... with the feet, sounds like a whole body inflammatory process... a viral illness could, but usually doesn't last that long.  it is probably time to get it checked out by your doctor...
