Recurring Boils Under Armpit: Causes, Treatment & Odor Control

I have been gettinf boils under my armpit (a total of 4 with 2 under each armpit) for the last few years. They burst and come right back. I went to the emergency room a few months ago and had 2 lanced, I was then put on antibotics and they came back within 2 weeks. I use anti-baterial soap and try not to irritate the area with deodarants but when I wear no deodrant the smell is sometimes unbearable and quite embarrassing. What can I use to take the smell away or atleast lessen its effect??

that is called hydradenitis suppurativa and can be a nasty recurring problem... usually I put people on prolonged antibiotics then lance the boils, if it continues, sometimes a general surgeon will remove "the armpit skin" and get rid of that skin with all those sweat glands....
