Natural Approaches to Fibromyalgia Management: Expert Advice

Question
Dear, Dr. Aukerman,

My doctor believes I have a mild form of fibromyalgia and gave me a titration pack for Savella.  I haven't had a very good experience with Savella and ended up getting nauseous to the point of vomiting.  It did noticeably give me more energy, reduced my pain, and improved my sleep.  However, it seems I'm pretty sensitive to most prescription drugs so I want to manage my fibromyalgia naturally.  I was wondering what can be done to manage it naturally and are there any books you can recommend.

Answer
I titrate the patients calcium magnesium and vit D to the 90% and intact pth to the 15 % Plus get their HDL to > 60 and crp to <0.50 plus their monocyte count to less than 6% and their fibromyalgia goes away usually in 6-8 weeks
