AnswerFirst of all, I am not convinced that your 70 year old parents are only 10% gray..... are you sure they don't color their hair?
Gray hair is not due to a simple vitamin deficiency, unfortunately.... if is a function of stress, aging, and other factors we don't understand.....
If you take a regular multivitamin, you will cover almost all the normal potential vitamin deficiencies.... exceptions are getting enough vitamin D3, and also, especially with your stomach problems, the possibility of having absorbtion problems for vitamin B12. That can be checked with a blood level, but I would not look for that as a magical answer to get rid of gray hair.......
Good luck with it..... The hair dyes work pretty good, but you are stuck continuing to use them....
