I've been on the pill for 4 years now but my partner has never climaxed in me
without a condom. We usually don't use a condom, but we'll use the
withdrawal method if that's the case.
We've been wanting to have him climax in me but we're both too paranoid of
pregnancy! So I recently just bought a foam spermicide with nonoxynol-9 on
it (12%) and we're both contemplating on using it. I was wondering if you
have any information on how effective this combination is? How about
compared to what we're doing now? Do you have any statistics?

Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical doctor so please consult your physician about this and any health questions. The withdrawal method is not very safe from pregnancy at all. It's good to be paranoid of pregnancy. Also sexually transmitted diseases. I don't have the percentage of failure of this combination of spermicide with condoms or withdrawal but I personally would not take the risk. The only 100% safe way to not get pregnant is abstinence.
