Targeted Fat Loss: Exercises for Chest & Abdominal Area

Dear Sir,

i am not very much over weight i am Male 29years Old, 177Cm, and 78 KG

but i carry the excess weight in a specific area, the chest and the abs area

i go to the GEM use weight training i want to remove the excess fats from  these areas i used the diet system but these two ares are the last area that loses fats

Hello,
The best exercise for burning stored fat is aerobic exercise.  You cannot target certain areas of the body when it comes to losing fat. You lose it all over.  Weight training can build and tone muscle in certain areas of the body. My suggestion is to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and add aerobic exercise to your weight training to help burn the stored fat you are trying to get rid of.
