Baby Size at 17 Weeks: Understanding Fetal Growth

My baby is measuring small and I am 17 weeks. The baby was measuring at 16w 5 days, should I be concern?

Your baby is *not* measuring small.  

Two days is absolutely nothing to worry about - it's not an exact science, it's a guesstimate at best.  You shouldn't worry unless the measurements are more than 2 weeks off and have been for several different weeks.  This is well within the range of normal variation.
