Questioni had a c section 9-21-09 and i had the normal flow, well i have not all the way stopped, it seems like anytime i walk or anything active i start spotting and the more i do the more i bleed,i have to ware loose pants if i dont i will bleed, im still very sore from the c section, just dont know what could be going on....

Five months of bleeding is not normal. Please give you doctor or midwife a call and let them know about the bleeding and also that you are still very sore from the cesarean. Hopefully they will be able to help you get the bleeding under control, and also to lessen the pain from your surgery.
