Post-Abortion Bleeding: What to Expect After Medication Abortion

i went to the doctor on DEC sixth to terminate my pregnancy i was given one pill there and the other i inserted on sat morning at 6 the cramps started within 40 minutes  i was in Agony for 5 hours then everything was ok.went back to work and a normal life i stopped bleeding one DEC 1st and i went back to the dr.s for my post op they told me everything was ok., i could start on birth control now . Well this morning i woke up to a little cramping and bleeding but not heavy, now I'm wearing a pad. Am i ok? i thought i was done with this. now I'm scared something did not go right.i did everything like i was suppose to no sex,tampons or aspirin, please help me

Dear Momo,
This kind of irregular bleeding and spotting after the abortion pill is completely normal.  You can get unexpected bleeding or spotting for months after the pill.  There is absolutely nothing to be concerned about - your uterus is completely fine, and you will be able to get pregnant when you want to.
