Breast Milk Discharge & Breast Pain: What Could It Be?

Respected Sir,
I am 33 years old and mother of two kids.The elder one is 9 years old and the younger is three years old.I have milk secretion in both breasts (when pressed) since my first delivery.Prolactin test shows my hormones are normal.I have occasional mild pain in right breast.I need your advice

Dear Geetha,   I would see an breast specialist who can run tests for breast cancer....  It may NOT be actual breast milk, but rather discharge which is a sign of possible breast cancer.....  Also the pain in the breast is another possible sign of breast cancer....
