Birth Control & Mood Changes: Could Yasmin Be Causing Armpit Sweating?

Hi I am 38, and I was on Alesse for the last 5 years. Unfortunatly my depression on this pill got worse so my doctor switched me to Yasmin. I've only been on it about a month but my depression went away. I am not sure if theres a connection but suddenly I've had sweating on my armpits! I only connect the two because it started right around the time I switched birth control pills. This is annoying and I tried drysol to no avail.
Could there be a connection? Thanks so much.

Hi Sylvia,

Each method of birth control is different. You could have a side effect that is different from another brand of pill. I don't recommend hormonal birth control methods. There are too many risks and side effects that I don't feel are healthy. There are short term and long term effects.
