Are birth control pills safe for women (in their 20's) with irregular periods?

Hi Ciera,

I don't recommend hormonal birth control (which included pills) because of my studies of side effects and risks. So no, I don't think the pill would be safe in this circumstance. Do you have any other options for birth control? I do recommend condoms and/or Natural Family Planning. I can do research on this if you want and also tell you the risks and dangers of the pill.
