Irregular Period After Stopping Birth Control: What to Expect?

my girlfriend started taking bc 4 months ago.  Then she stopped halfways the month. Should she expect her period to be on time or will it delay... i beleive she stopped taking it like the 1st week of the 4th month.  will she be a week late? or skip her period untill next month. We did have unprotected sex last week and i did not ejacualate.  Should i be worry about a pregnancy?   Thanks in advance

She should have gotten a withdrawal bleeding right after stopping the pill caused by the drop in hormones. After that she should have gotten her period as normal.

If she has not had her period as normal it is a good idea to take a pregnancy test.
