Pregnancy After Starting Birth Control: Assessing Risk & Effectiveness

I had started on the ALESSE 28 pill and three days after I had intercourse with my boyfriend for the first time. We used two condoms plus a spermicide film. Would the pill be effective within those three days if taken at the same time? Is there a chance that I may be pregnant?

You should be ok using 2 condoms, spermicide and the pill. But there is always that slight chance of pregnancy. No method or combined methods are 100% sure in preventing pregnancy.
