Delayed Period After Tri-Cyclen Discontinuation: What to Expect

I was taking ortho tricyclen pills for about 5 or six mths.I took 4 pills about a month ago to stop early bleeding and i spotted for about aweek afterwards but still had sex for that week. now over a month later i havent seen anysigns of a period,what does that mean?
