QuestionI came home from college for the weekend and realized i had forgotton my
pills. My mom happened to have gotten me 3 packs for the next three
months so i figured all packs have the same dosage so to avoid missing 2
days worth i would substitute the same two pills I should be taking, from a
new pack and use the two missed pills from my other pack next month. I
don't know what the difference would really be and I didn't miss any other
pills but now I'm on my sugar pills and I've had unprotected sex since, havn't
gotten my period and I'm nervous. I had some of my usual period symptoms
yesterday and today such as cramping but I havn't gotten my period. Did
those pills not work?

Now, women do get pregnant even when taking the pill. If you miss your period by a week, take a home pregnancy test exactly according to instructions.
