Mirena IUD Side Effects: Common Symptoms & Concerns

HI ,
IM REALLY CURIOUS I BEEN HAVING THE MIRENA IUD FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW , I WAS HAVING LONG PERIODS , CRAMPING , GAINED WEIGHT , LIGHT BROWN DISCHARGE ETC , BUT NOW IM GETTING PAIN IN MY BREAST (TENDER BREAST) I GOT 2 KIDS AND I DONT WANT TO HAVE ANOTHER CHILD RIGHT NOW IM ONLY 22 YEARS OLD , DO YOU THINK ITS POSSIBLY THAT IM PREGNANT OR ITS JUST ANOTHER SIDE EFFECT OF MIRENA ?
