Could i be pregnant if my boyfriend ejaculated in me for the first time ever on my 18th day of birth control and i keep vomiting up my pill ?

Forgive my late reply. My internet was out from Sat. until Thurs so I was not able to keep up with my questions. Anyway, it is always possible to get pregnant, even using the pill perfectly correctly. So it is slightly more possible if you are vomiting up your pill. Do you know why you are vomiting it up? Is it just that or do you have the flu or something. I would urge you to not have sex at this time of your life to prevent pregnancy worries or sexually transmitted diseases. Let me know what happens. You will have to see if you develop any pregnancy symptoms or miss your next period.
