I've had nine kids all together .  I had a tubal ligation seven years ago but now I  it hurts very much and pressure as I'm pushing out my my uterus

I suspect that you have some prolapse, or falling down of your uterus.  It is generally a result of stretching of the support tissues from childbirth, plus age.  I would recommend seeing a good OB/GYN doctor.  If you have a bothersome prolapse, it's usually best treated by hysterectomy, although sometimes something called a pessary can be inserted in the vagina to hold up the uterus.
