Alternatives to Abortion: Resources & Support for Pregnant Women

I was just wondering what alternatives other than abortion do the Pro-Life members offer to pregnant women who are considering undergiong an abortion procedure?

There are different pro-life groups out there, but some of the suggestions given are as follows: keeping the child to raise him/her, giving the child to an adoptive family who would desperately love to have a child of their own, let a relative have custody if the birthmother feels she cannot adequately care for the child.
Any of these can be good options, and the birthmother needs to closely look at each to see which is best for her.
