1] Do you think North Dakotas new law should become effective in every state?
2] Do you think there are any circumstances where abortion should be legal? [mothers health etc]
3] Do you think it would be okay If abortion was provided to a woman, under the terms it would be considered and treated as a homicide?
4] Do you see any major changes in the near future regarding abortion laws?
5] What can one do to help change the current abortion policys in America?

I do not have all the answers, and if I did it would still be discouraging that due to politics, they could not be put in place.
Answers:
1) Yes, I think the ND law should be in effect nationwide, but I do not foresee that happening. The ND law will likely be challenged by their state supreme court or even higher, and the law may not be able to be upheld.
2) Pro-choice people will often use the health of the mother as a reason why abortion must remain legal. In reality, that is so very rarely a real issue. If a mother's life would for some reason be in jeopardy, then the physician attending her should be assured that whatever decision he has to make will not result in his punishment, but once again that is a rare circumstance. I wish I had the percentage to give to you. It would be be amazingly small.
3) I'm not sure of the question. If abortion was illegal, and human life was protected, then anyone participating in the abortion, whether the mother, father, or doctor, or all, should be held accountable.
4) I have to say that I'm a bit more optimistic than I used to be. Maybe there will be changes to existing laws.
5) Changing policy requires not voting for incumbents a lot of time,and also finding out if those who speak of being pro-life when running for an office, are truly pro-life when it would come to changing laws and policies. Be very careful on this one.
