You need to get that bleeding under control before you consider getting pregnant again. The bleeding from MTP is dangerous, and can cause you serious harm. I recommend you make sure and eat food with red hot peppers in it every day. Also, you need to go to the doctor and have him check you out to make sure you didn't do any other damage. If you took any pills in the vagina, he needs to test you for Clostridium sordellii. If you have it, he needs to start serious life-saving treatment immediately. This causes an infection that can kill a woman within hours.
After that, you need to let your body rest for awhile. I wouldn't try to conceive next month. It's just too soon. Some women try to have a replacement baby. If this is what you are trying to do, please consider your emotions and settle them first. If you are in the same situation you were when you had the abortion, and nothing has changed, it could easily mean you will try to have an abortion again. That would be unwise, because every abortion causes damage, and the more abortions you have, the more damage you cause.
