QuestionPlease note: I support abortion -- Catholic notwithstanding.
My question is that one of your authors indicated that aborted tissues is
considered as "plutonium." Yet there are clear indications of "Informed
consent" -- 21-CFR-50, I believe, and a regulation F.L.I.C.A. indicating
aborted tissue may be used in development of vaccines -- the proviso being
that the package insert clearly indicate "from aborted tissues" immediately
after the ingredients.
This seems to imply that aborted tissues are not necessarily "plutonium" and
could actually be photographed and used by pro-choice -- even though this
is probably a clear violation of (for example) HIPPA (I never get the
abbreviation just right).
I am sorry -- ever the skeptic

AnswerHi Michael :)
Plutonium? Hmmm. I'm really not sure what they mean by that. I know there have been several court rulings saying it is ok to use fetal tissue for research. What do you mean by photographed? I just want to make sure I have a clear understanding of your question so I can answer it the best I can.
