D&C Complications & Next Steps: Understanding Incomplete Procedure & Bleeding

i have done my  d and ac after, i bleed  for two days normal and stop
on fourth day suddendly with heavy bleeding i passed large lemon size clot ,i done ultrasound which reveal me that, still remanents  in uterus, the d and ac is incomplete ,i am soo scared, wat will be the next procedures and do i am at risk for complications please help

I think the standard would be to redo the d%c. The risk for complications is minor-many women in america had their abortions done this way before it was legalized, and if it's performed by a trained doctor, the risk is quite minimal. The biggest risk is that of discomfort! And while not dangerous, the bleeding and cramps may be uncomfortable. You'd be at higher risk of complications if you *didn't* follow up on this.
