Emergency Contraception & Birth Control: Understanding Plan B & BC

Question
hi. I am 22/f and my boyfriend is 22 named N.

N is who I had my very first time with. it hurt so bad we did not finish. I would like to try again.

I want to make sure we are completely safe.

If I have BC and we use a condom, do I need to use the "morning after pill" Plan B?

Would Plan B interfere with the BC? Should Plan B only be used if I DON'T have BC?

If I use all 3 of these things what are the chances of pregnancy?

I really really do not want to be pregnant, it is my greatest fear. neither of us need a child, we are both college students.

Answer
Hi Desirai,

Why do you want to have sex if it hurts and you could get pregnant? I would not take a chance on it if I were you. There is no birth control method that is 100% safe in preventing pregnancy. You can't be completely safe, I hate to tell you. Ok, you need to read this article about the morning after pill Plan B. http://www.optionline.org and you will see the link to click on. Plan B has some problems and you can read about all that when you go to that website. i wouldn't recommend it at all. If you read the article, you will see that a lot of women take Plan B when they don't have to at all and it can be adverse to your health. Write me at CHERYL51@aol.com and we can talk about things more. Hope to hear from you soon.
