I had sex 1wk after my abortion wit no condom now 2wks later my breast is sore and my stomach is bothering me plus I took a pregnancy test through my blood and it came back positive could I be pregnant again or is it from the abortion

you took a risk having unprotected sex. Two weeks after an abortion you can become pregnant again.
Nevertheless the test stays positive until three weeks after an abortion. But the signs of your breasts are suspicious for a new pregnancy. Have an ultrasound done to be sure.
