Unexpected Positive Pregnancy Test After Abortion: Understanding the Likelihood

i had an abortion about a month ago and i went to the doctor about a week ago and my doctor said my pregnancy test was negative,i took a frist response home pregnancy test tonight that was positive.i have had unprotected sex since the abortion,he did pull out even tho i know it is possible to get pregnant.i also know that i am a pretty fertile girl beins ive been pregnant 3 times in the past 4 years.what is the likely hood that i am pregnant again?

Thanks for your question. There is a possibility that you could be pregnant but usually it wouldn't show up that fast.
