Spotting & Cramping After Period: Could This Be Pregnancy?
QuestionHi. I have been spotting for the past three days now and have been having off and on cramping for about five. My last period started on june 18 and was actually lighter than normal with hardly any cramping. Does it sound like I'm pregnant? I kind of just feel pregnant.
AnswerThe symptoms and signs of early pregnancy are breast tenderness, fatigue, and nausea. Cramping and spotting are not signs of pregnancy. If your last period started on June 18, you probably ovulated around July 1. Therefore, you could have become pregnant if you had unprotected sex on June 20,July 1,2,or 3. YOu could not have become pregnant on any other day of the month. If you did, indeed, become pregnant on one of those days, a pregnancy test would not show a positive result until 14-21 days later (Between July 15-22). The best time to take a pregnancy test is seven days after missing your period. If you do not get your period by July 22, take a pregnancy test and you will know for sure.
