Post-Abortion Cycle Irregularities & Fertility Concerns: What to Do

i got married in recently about 6 months back, with in one month i got pregnency, but we thought of waiting for few months, so i got aborted, now i am getting periods regularly, i dont find any infections, now,  since two months i am trying to concieve but i am not getting pregnency, i got ovulation test strips and tested for about 10 days after my period is over, every day it showed that there is NO LH Surge(Negative), i am worried, please help me in this regard.

Thanks for your question. Are you saying that you had an abortion recently? Sometimes, after an abortion, a woman might have a problem getting pregnant again.
