Leg and Back Pain Before Period: Causes & Relief - Expert Advice

Hi Doc, First thing is im nt posting any abortion related questions, but plz plz i need help desperately. I am a 27 years old unmarried girl from (delhi) India. i badly need some help to deal with my pain. i exerience acute, often unbearable pain in my legs (especially thighs) and lower back for atleast 10 days before the onset of my periods which hoever reduces once my periods are on. this also affects my daily routine. i am unable to sit at a place for long, stand up sraight or even lay down for long. My periods are otherwise normal and generally last for 3 days. I have met several doctors in bangalore and mumbai to help me with my pain, but the strangest reply i have had is that its normal. i have had many ultrasounds done, but none of them show any abnormalities. i am sure the pain is not only in my head. please help. I am also on anti depressant (Nexito)for more than 2 years now. i do take combiflam to deal with my pain, but the same doesnt help much. Doc plz help.
