Leg Knot Pain: Possible Causes & Relief - Orlando Health

Question
Hi Orlando. I'm Marco and 25 years old and It's been about 5 months know that I noticed I have like long knots through both my legs. they where not this bad but now they seem like really hurting to the point where as soon as I'm standing for an hour  my legs feel a bit funny and when i went to a masseur it just hurted so much I was hurting allot.
2 years ago I had an operation of a crusciate posterior ligament and a miniscus on my left knee.
does this has to do something with it? How did this happen? Thanks
Should I work with a masseur using acupuncture or pressure points?

Answer
Good afternoon Marco.  Thank you for your question.  Firstly, you are far too young to have crusciate ligament troubles.  It is very rare for somebody to have such troubles without major trauma.  Secondly, the major issue here is why did you have surgery on one knee and not the other.  Thirdly, did the surgeon ever tell you that the recovery from surgery would be 100%.

As you can see Marco, this is a major topic and I would stay away from massage practitioners and acupuncture treatments all together unless the surgeon says those treatments are good for you.

Consult your original surgeon about your difficulties or see another surgeon soon.

Tell the surgeon everything you just told me.  At your age, you should be able to stand without stress on both legs.  If you are experiencing pain in both legs-that is serious.

Stay well away from all of us until you see the surgeon.

I don't wish to alarm you-but you could waste a lot of money seeing practitioners like me only to discover later that medical treatment was the only option in the first place.

It might pay you to download this posting and show it to your surgeon.  I have an uneasy feeling about why both of your legs feel a bit funny.  At your age, this seems to me to be a medical matter and certainly well beyond alternative practitioners.

You are welcome to contact me again Marco.  I'm not sure that I have answered your questions.  I'm really trying to get you to see a medical practitioner like your surgeon-very soon.  If I have done that much-that is good.

If you are in New Zealand-I might be able to recommend a surgeon for you.

You are welcome to keep in contact with me if you wish.  Also, you did a sagacious thing by asking the question in the first place.  Full Marks.

Cheers
