QuestionHow many hours after massage can you take a bath?
AnswerThanks for your inquiry, George.
IMHO, it all depends on the temperature of the bath water. I usually recommend a bath water luke warm to body temperature is quite sufficient. Any hotter will agravate the internal swelling of the muscle tissues post-massage and necessitate your delaying a hotter water temperature for at least an hour or two to give the muscles an opportunity to relax.
I hope that answers your question.
