Understanding Massage Therapy Services: Clarity & Expectations

Question
Thanks for all your time on that resonse.

It would appear that I'm not making it CLEAR what this service is that we're offering.

Maybe I'm OVERSELLING it and it's appearing to be something different than it is?

Your comment here made be pretty certain that I'm not explaining it properly:

"Also, the limitations of the site were not spelt out.  Would an alternative lifestyler seek a practitioner in the therapeutic massage section of the site when really, they wanted an erotic massage?  No statistics were provided that the person performing the search actually found what they were looking for on that particular site."

I don't understand that commment, which tells me that you're seeing our product as something OTHER THAN we intend...make sense?

The product (or service) is just a bundle of helful tools.  You can't sit back and watch TV all day and then have a $50,000 practice in a week, no.

It's a great deal on a Virtual Receptionist Service/Website/WebHosting/WebAdvertising/SearchEngineMarketingTips

These are all tools that answer practical business problems for Massage Therapists.

Now that I've explained it this way...
Are we coming accross differently on the site?

-----Question-----
Orlando,

Can you give me your opinion on this product (actually a service) for massage therapists?

Any "FIRST IMPRESSIONS" you get from the page would be extremely valuable since you're an experienced massage therapist.

Thank you.

Good morning Tim.  Thank you for your question.  My first impression:  the site is verbose.  Long on words-short on examples and evidence.  For instance, in one example we are told that they tried to contact 40 massage practitioners at 11.00am.  That exercise would take several hours alone.  In fact, I would say it would take a couple of days for one person to contact that many people.  Are they trying to tell us that they have a army of telephonists on call for that type of work?  I doubt it.  I agree with their remarks about massage practitioners going broke within 5 years of starting a practice.  But that is generally more attributable to the practitioners personality-style-area of expertise etc.  No examples were given that a new practitioner started their practice solely on this site and are paying themselves $50k per year.  Yet, that is their claim.  No contact details were provided for the referees either.  Also, the limitations of the site were not spelt out.  Would an alternative lifestyler seek a practitioner in the therapeutic massage section of the site when really, they wanted an erotic massage?  No statistics were provided that the person performing the search actually found what they were looking for on that particular site.  They may have mentioned it-but I can't recall it.  No examples of customer feedback were offered either.  By that I mean, that a customer wrote in and said they found exactly what they were looking for on the site.

Without going on and on-I think I have covered some of the aspects about the site which come to mind quickly.

I doubt that I have answered your question though Tim.  Please feel free to contact me again if you would like me to elaborate on any topic further.  Also, you displayed asuteness and sagacity by asking for a second opinion about that site from an objective third party.  Well done Tim.

Looking forward to hearing from you Tim-if you wish to contact me again.

Cheers from New Zealand.

Answer
Good morning Tim.  Thank you for your question.  I apologise for commenting on your question.  I am not an advertising expert.  I really should have stuck with massage itself.  Please accept my apologies and disregard my previous remarks.

My remarks were based on how your products and services struck me.  But my remarks are limited to my perspectives.  Clearly I grossly over estimated my abilities.  For that, I am truly very sorry.

Good luck with your endeavours.

Cheers
