QuestionI get small pimples around the area that was waxed, facial waxing....can you tell me why> usually I don't get them with any other waxing service just the facial area.

With the information you have provided to me in your email, The main reason why clients get pimples after waxing is mainly due to the wax and not removing the wax completely off the skin.
Another reason, if you have sensitive skin the heat from the wax also increases circulation and therefor might create this pimple after waxing or yo might have a sensitivity to one of the pre or after wax products.
Without analizing your skin and your problem area it hard to say but the main reason I have found is from not removing all the wax from the clients skin.
I hope this helps...after your next facial wax ask for an alcohol swab, this disolves the wax on the skin, wait a few minutes for the poor to close afte the waxing, then take the swab and gently rub the area waxed, this will remove any wax residue left. Be sure to ask for an afterwax solution as well.
