What effects do oils creams and removers have on the skin nails and cuticles

oils are very conditioning to both the nail and skin surrounding it. Cuticle oils are ideal for ultra conditioning.Same goes for most cuticle and hand creams.Removers on the other hand are very drying and should always be followed with a good hand lotioning or cuticle oil.
