Fixing Uneven Hairline Edges: A Guide for Barbers

I've been cutting for about two weeks and I continue to learn something new just about everyday.  However, I have not been able to figure out how to get a straight line in the front, when edging up.  The left side (I am left handed) of the hairline always tends to be higher or further back than the right.  How can I correct this?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Jerry, If you are cutting other peoples hair use a mirror when lining up, the mirror never lies if it looks crooked in the mirror then it is crooked and remember to bring up the line on the right side to match the left hope this helps. Have more questions feel free to ask :)
