With summer heating up quite quickly, I am sure like us, you have already switched to those loose clothes, warm-weather hair and cool soft makeup routine. But that doesn’t mean you aren’t partying and you have to let your nails be ushered behind, right? Right. And with that said, we’ve rummaged through our own nail polish cupboard for one more design to share with all you lovely ladies.
So this summer, our hottest manicure, party nail art look is enough for you to try out ASAP and we have to add, both the patterns and colors are hotter than ever! But, if this doesn’t help you nail the lazy, hazy days of summer we don’t know what will. Make sure you have a chipped-free nail canvas to work on, and then keep reading to kick off this summer with party nails in one of these glitter patterns and let the fun begin.
Begin by applying a good layer of Essie Ridge Filling base coat on your nails to prevent it from harmful chemical on your nail beds. After applying your base coat, paint your nails with Tips & toes nail enamel victoria, 41. Refer the image below.
When the base color dries completely, paint your nails with NYX nail enamel, NGP 161, Maven from mid of your nail to towards your nail free edges (tips) as shown in the picture below:
For the next step, apply NYX nail enamel, NGP 163, Enchanted Forest from your cuticles to mid of your nails.
Now for the remaining empty space, add a flower and few rhinestones (don’t clutter them over your nails, 2-3 are enough) randomly. Make sure you adjust their shapes accordingly after placing them with the help of a toothpick. Instead of adding rhinestones you could substitute it with glitter or draw a girly flower on your nails.
After the design dries, apply a double coat of transparent polish at the joints of the two colours according to the shape. Make sure you use a cotton swab dipped in acetone to clean the colour off your fingers.
So, here you have the girly summer party nail art in its final form.
