Here is a simple way to create a hello kitty cartoon on your nails in a step by step tutorial. Let’s start:
You can do this look by following the below-listed steps:
Begin by applying a good layer of OPI natural nail base coat acetone base coat on your nails to prevent it from harmful chemical on your nail beds. The base coat also has a UV filter that are perfect for your nails when you are hitting outside. Apply double coats of classic red nail polish (OPI Big Apple Red Nail Lacquer Classics Collection) to all your nails except the ring finger. To the ring finger, apply double coats of white nail polish and allow it to dry completely (NYC White Nail Polish Swatch).
Once done, use the white nail polish and with the help of your dotting tools, make polka dots on the red polished nails.
Let this dry completely. Now apply two good layers of a transparent topcoat on the ring finger and stick your sticker on it. The topcoat will help your sticker last longer. Once done, use a cotton swab dip it in acetone and clean the excess mess a little easier from your fingers and around your nails. For the final touch, apply two good layers of a transparent topcoat to seal in your design and to keep your chains stuck properly.
So, here you have the cool cartoon nail art in its final form.
