Prevent foot problems with these easy exercises.
These days our feet tend to be compromised by the wide variety of shoes we wear and the lack of attention given to them. The importance of strong foot muscles cannot be underestimated and you can easily help improve your foot strength and movement with some Pilates foot-training exercises.
Try this: Sit on a chair and lay a bath towel out lengthways in front of your feet. Place one foot on the edge of the towel. With your toes and forefoot, scrunch the towel under your arch and move the towel to the back of your foot. Repeat five times with each foot.
