There are may weight loss diet plans like...the atkins diet, the zone diet, carbohydrate addicts diet, pritikin principle diet etc.
Are there any weight gain diets?

Yes, there a lot of weight gain diets! The pie diet, the cookie diet, the cake diet...
Seriously, it's easy to gain fat, but I'm guessing that you'd rather gain muscle. In order to do that, you need to lift weights and eat a diet just a little higher in protein-but the weight lifting is what will pack on muscle.
