Nutrition for Teenagers: A Guide to Healthy Eating
QuestionI've just turned 15 and I'm starting to notice that I can't continue eating junk food like I used to. What should I be eating? Are there certain food groups I should be eating out of more then others because I am still growing? Are there foods I should stay away from?
