Not sure what you are currently doing but in general, whether you are running or not you need to eat a healthy well-balanced diet!  You can check out www.mypyramid.gov to give you an idea of what and how much you should be eating for your age, gender and activity level!  
Eating a healthy diet that includes all of the food groups, eating balanced meals throughout the day and NOT skipping meals, keeping yourself well-hydrated, getting plenty of sleep and consistent training should help you to improve your stamina.
