Questionam i in good health(have enough vitamins and minerals)
if i eat tuna fish/eggs with bread and 2 cups chocalate milk in the morning, salmon tail with orange juice for lunch and mashed potatoes and a protein for supper?
are there any vitamins/minerals I'm lacking?
AnswerDear Jeff, You really need a dietician to go over your average daily diet. I'm not seeing any vegetables or whole fruit in your diet, so you might be lacking. Try enriched cereal like Total or a multivitamin to fill the voids. Your doctor can get you a dietician referral if you really think you need one. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
