QuestionIs it better to weight lift first, or do aerobic exercise first? Or does it matter what order you work out in? I was also wondering how many grams of carbs were normal to eat in a day if you are trying to lose weight. I do not want to go on Atkins or anything, I just want to lose a few pounds and I don't know how many carbs is too many or too little.
AnswerI would tend to do a short aerobic warm up prior to weight lifting, and a short aerobic warm down.
