AnswerI am not sure how much "eating lots" is but cauliflower is a vegetable, which makes it healthy! However, getting a variety of vegetables every day is a much better way to increase your nutritional intake! Eating too much cauliflower each day will most likely burn you out on the vegetable and you won't want it anymore. It can get boring to eat a lot of the SAME food too. You are better off eating a variety of vegetables to keep your diet varied, more nutritional and more fun!
