Managing Hunger While Eating Healthy: Tips & Advice

I have recently begun eating healthier and more often/smaller portions.  I am also doing 30-45 minutes of brisk activity daily.  Problem I have is that I'm always starving.  This has in the past caused me become discouraged and stop trying.  Can you offer me any advice to get me over this hump?

Eat already. Why are you working against your own body telling you what it needs? Are you eating empty phoney food? Not enough?

No body ever got fat on too much fresh fruit. Etc. It is empty food that keeps you hungry and eating and overweight.
